Other than the modern setting...hard to date for time and place past the '66 Winchester copy.

Old time half seat, Sam Stagg rigged saddle that I truly love. Built for me by Jeff Morrow @ Shooting Star Saddlery, MT.
The Hope style saddles were popular between the 1850's through the 1880's from Texas north to Wyoming and Montana.

Weight, fully rigged is right at 25#.
